What is included in the free bundle?

The free bundle includes access to five core modules:

  1. Introductory Module: The Role of Nutrition in Health

  3. Nutrition for Healthcare Professionals
  4. Undernutrition
  5. Introduction to Motivational Interviewing

Each module provides 2 hours of CPD and a certificate upon completion. You'll also gain access to downloadable resources, video lectures, and practical tools to apply in clinical practice.


How do I select modules in the Pick & Mix option?

With the Pick & Mix option, you will automatically receive three mandatory modules:

  1. Introductory Module: The Role of Nutrition in Health
  2. Culinary Skills Introduction
  3. Nutrition for Healthcare Professionals

You can then choose two additional modules from a list of 15 optional courses. Simply select your preferred modules from the dropdown menu or checkbox options during registration.


Can I upgrade to the full course later?

Yes! If you'd like to access all 14 modules, you can upgrade to the full course at any time for just £75. This gives you unlimited access to all content, including chef-led tutorials, recipe banks, and advanced topics like oncology nutrition and food sustainability.


What is the format of the modules?

All modules are delivered online via the CMUK Virtual Learning Platform. Each module includes:

  • Video lectures with downloadable presentations and transcripts.
  • Chef-led tutorials and practical recipes tailored for different medical conditions.
  • Bite-sized evidence-based tutorials and signposting links for further learning.

You can complete the modules at your own pace, anytime, anywhere.


Who are these courses designed for?

These courses are designed for all healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals. They are also suitable for medical students and healthcare professional students looking to enhance their knowledge of nutrition.


How long does it take to complete each module?

Each module takes approximately 2 hours to complete. You can pause and resume your progress at any time on the CMUK Virtual Learning Platform.


Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! Upon completing each module, you will receive a certificate of completion that includes 2 hours of CPD credit.
